There were 18 residential properties that sold in Tate County MS in April. The average sales price was $174,108 with the average days on the market of 109.
The average sales price is up significanly from last month due to a couple of homes that sold with acreage. A whopping 55% of the homes that sold in April were foreclosures.

Currently, there are 170 Active residential listings in Tate County MS. This represents an 11.3 month supply of inventory (compared to 14.7 from last month). The prices range from $32,000 to $540,000 with the median price being $167,000. 
The amount of foreclosures currently for sale in Tate County MS represent 7.6% of all active listings.
