The majority of prices in the Meriden-Woodtick area fell between 100-200k in this neighborhood, with sizes and prices still running slightly below the city average.

The graph at the end show how, for the first time in almost a year, the average sales price for homes in the Meriden-Woodtick neighborhood (and the rest of the East End, as well) has risen over the last 3 months, and in the last month alone rose over 3.5%:

If there are several, don't spread yourself too thin in looking for a suitable house -there are criteria that you can use, such as price (obviously), size of the home, whether it is on a main road or on a street with much less traffic, style of home (ranch, cape, etc.) to help you focus your search.
