I just received an e-mail from the Green Resource Council "Congratulations! The Green REsource Council is pleased to inform you that you have successfully completed all requirements and were awarded NAR's Green Designation. "
I'm really excited to be able to add this to my Realtor and ABR designations. I know some people think that Green is a fad, and some even think of it in only political terms and see it as an out right liberal lie. I don't want to discuss either here, but do want to point out the one level we all agree on and that is green at it's core really means energy efficiency and I don't think anyone would argue that they would prefer a more energy efficient house to help reduce your monthly bills.
