I have such a weakness for pre-war homes with a lot of character...There is just nothing that compares that has been built in the last 60 years.  I just love them!  What a wonderful price too!

Some time ago, I really needed to buy a good house for my business but I did not have enough cash and couldn't buy something. Thank goodness my brother suggested to try to take the mortgage loans at banks. Thus, I did that and was satisfied with my student loan.
