Well maybe not best but what search do you use to find local homes? This post is written to consumers not the real estate industry or real estate social media gurus (as both groups might be biased!)
Use more than one? Vote for more than one... you can vote to up to six... hopefully you are NOT trying to use six searches to find local homes....
I first asked the question, long, long ago in 2006 on the original Columbus Best Blog (name later changed to Discover Columbus) a Realtown blog... When I first asked, I asked about local companies:

HER RealLiving.com (the company I am affiliated with, now called Real Living HER)
Coldwell Banker King Thompson
and of course Realtor.com
The post with the first poll was quickly folllowed by the post with the second poll which included the new kids on the block... even though they were not really on the block.. they were far, far away... but they like Realtor.com have real estate searches for all over the country.

One of the searches on that survey, Propsmart.com I can NOT find anymore. This was before Zillow even jumped on board. At that time Zillow was not a place to search for homes that were for sale...
