I am excited to be hosting OPEN HOUSE in MARTINIQUE during the annual Bay County HOMEBUILDERS PARADE OF HOMES.  This week long event begins every Mother's Day in Bay County, FL, which basically includes Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, and surrounding areas.

MARTINIQUE is a unique gated community located between the bay and the beach on Panama City Beach.  It's esquisite community features include this tropical swimming pool.

Other family centered amenities feature a PLAYGROUND, COMMUNITY PAVILLION where cookouts often take place for residents and guests, and peaceful LAKE offering a serene area for casual walks.

MARTINIQUE homes are carefully secluded just off Thomas Drive in one of the most beautiful areas of Panama City Beach.  From  the South Thomas Drive, turn onto North Lagoon Drive at CAPT ANDERSON'S RESTAURANT, then left into the gated community of MARTINIQUE. 

Follow the Open House signs to the Builder's Home at 5301 HOPETOWN LANE where I will be from 3:00-6:00 pm.
