I am impressed, what a great way to tell people the process. Many times we take for granted that people know what happens, and they don't, but you have done a good job of letting them know.

Thesa - What a great tool for consumers out there to peruse some of the properties in your beautiful area!

Thesa--Nice video and explanation of why someone should consider all listings. So many great deals with traditional sellers that need to sell these days that buyers should keep all options open.
