Thankful Thursday, 5/7/09

As a tribute to the moms in our office, for all we do, and feel and experience together as sisters in life, we got a special treat today. Evelyn Stilwell, owner of Settlement Services of PA, treated the moms in our office to a lovely luncheon at Limoncello in West Chester, PA. Evelyn was also kind enough to invite our moms, and some of us who are lucky enough to still have moms had the pleasure of three of these lovely ladies gracing our table. We laughed, we talked, we laughed some more and it was a lovely time.

This Thankful Thursday is dedicated to moms everywhere. To my Mom especially. With a big thank you to Evelyn Stilwell for being a kind, sweet, generous person and the best title officer I have ever worked with. Mom's are always on duty, aren't they? On Mother's Day and every day we should make sure the work they do is appreciated. Happy (early) Mother's Day darlin'! :)

LOL.... Are you kidding me? Of course I'm still speaking to you. I luv you more than my luggage Darlin'. haha I have been running my little 'ol behind off getting ready to leave town tomorrow. It's summer time and Hotel Clifton is in full swing. We're headed (back) to Denali tomorrow with some friends from California for the weekend.

Jesse, dont' forget to save me a room at Hotel Clifton! I will visit one of these days!! And don't let Don push you out of that airplane until I get there! xxoo

All Moms Susan do yeoman's work in the world. First for carrying a baby for nine months, delivering it (no man can relate) and all they do while children grow up yet still be career women some of them and wives as well. Amazing people are Moms. Glad Evelyn did the honors celebrating you all.

Celebrating ALL MOMS each day is so important to the world. Esspecailly in this month of MAY. Starting with Mary, and then ALL the moms who are looking at us from above, to the moms who blessed us at lunch on Thursday ( thanks Ev, you ROCK!) to the moms-to be. Bless you all !!!

Love the quote Susan. If I remember correctly, even when a Mother takes a day off, she has to work twice as hard the next day to make up for what didn't get done while she was off.
