Very nice. It is so bright and airy. I'm sure the homeowners were very happy with it. Great job.

Oh my... so much better! The fireplace is so beautiful, it's a shame it was hiding with all that paneling!

The budget on this project was extremely limited. The only things I purchased were the slip covers and 4 throw pillows. We had to work with the existing accessories and artwork. Hopefully it will sell quickly. : )

Jennifer - Where I live all the homes were built within that time period. There is almost no new construction as there is no more available land. It definitely is a different type of staging than most people specialize in. My business falls somewhere between staging and rehab.

Great to see you back Maureen. Wow... the '60s and 70's were the dark ages... yikes! This is the perfect example of how just a little staging talent can really show the home.
