Eagle Point Slidell Louisiana

Having been the first resident of Eagle Point Subdivision I have seen many people come and go.  Before hurricane Katrina the prices were right around 200, after the storm they shot up to about 240 when they were repaired.  I now see the trend to slowly navigate back down to around the 220's-230's.  I am not even going to say what I got in for.  Never the less I know this neighborhood very well. Between my wife and I we probably know well over half the residents.  Bottom line, I believe it's a fine neighborhood to raise a family in.  Anyone interested in listing or buying in the area give me a buzz.

Hello John,

I have been trying to get in touch with the Eagle Point Homeowner's Association, but I cannot find any reference to it in either the phone book or the internet.  Do you have a contact name and/or phone number, e-mail address, etc.?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

We like the neighborhood and have been trying to find out what the cost of flood insurance is in Eagle Point. Also would like to know the cost of Home Owner Association Fees. Does this include use of the pool? Thank you very much. Eagle Point neighborhood is lovely and the pride shows! Thank you for providing this valuable service!
