This will be the 3rd time I have tried to post this simple short blog entry, and the first 2 time there were errors. So either this will be posted 3 times or not at all.
So I found an interesting article about a new group that is challenging the Corp's management of Hartwell Lake. Click the link and read not just the article but the comments. The first comment was from someone that had a problem with the article or the group mentioned in the article because the person speaking on behalf of the group was an agent.
Now I do not know this agent and I am not affiliated with this group but I encourage you to read the article and then check out the group's website at www.lakehartwell660.com. If the lake levels are important to you, and you can see how the local economy has suffered because of this drought and the lower lake levels then this might interest you. Even if some troll discounts the article and the group because an agent is involved.
I am an agent, but that does not mean that I am a bad person or my opinion should be ignored because of my profession. I care about my neighbors and the local economy. Just like many of you. If caring about others and being an agent is a bad thing then go ahead and hand me my blindfold and last cigarette because I am not apologizing for being what I am or who I am.
But if the low lake levels on Hartwell and the negative effects this has had on the economy does concern you then check out the article and the link. Make up your own mind. And please ignore the trolls when you are online!
