Absolutely beautiful! When I sold my first listing in one day, the seller said, "We priced it too cheap" (and it was over 900,000) Now I always prepare the seller for the slim chance of that possibility by saying in advance. This is an excellent property and if we've priced it RIGHT, it may sell more quickly than other properties! Congratulations!

Hi Bill: YES it is a gorgeous condo with fabulous views! I just love the building and the amenities are pretty sweet too!
Hi Leolinda: The internet is what sold this property! I had numerous calls and, basically, the first one that pulled the trigger was the one who closed on the property! Now they have a tenant in place and they're good to find another one to invest in!
