HOME BUYER: Check out other house for sale on ___ address , __ zip code

MY RESPONSE: Same answer as my 1st response

Howdy there Lynn

Now why in the world, would anyone go off a pay for something. That you can get on the net for free. Every State has free MLS listing site's folks can go to. They just put in what they are looking for in a home.

Folks always talk to a Real Estate Agent, before you go off and give some site your monet that you sure don't need to.

I always tell buyers that the information provided on other websites is not usually current. Foreclosures for example-they give me the address and I can not find it on our MLS. Probably sold.

Dale, these websites make a $,$$$,$$$ per year selling out dated info. vs. contacting an agent maybe I should charge for my site LOL

Angelia some of these sites are just homes on a street never been in MLS OR sold thru MLS. FREE from real estate agents FREE which looks better FREE with updated info. OR $25 - or + month for outdated info.

I've never paid for one of those sites, but I have often wondered about them. Sometimes they give a teaser month free, and I would check out houses they had listed, and they were never as they appeared on the site...
