IT worked for me. Some new visitors get the "hey would you like to sign up for feed burner option" on the page somewhere near the comments section. What browser are you using?

i loved this post: Dreamers and Maybe Buyers in Real Estate! I can't even count how often somebody want to put some phantom person on an exclusion list. I've seen that phantom buyer come through once in the 13 years I've been in the business...great odds, don't cha think! :)
