Everyone wants to live inLakeLand Village we have a beautiful PGA level 27 hole golf course, trout stocked lake, Club house, private beach, The LakeSide Bistro and Pro shop...Not to mention all of the friendly neighbors!

So what is selling in LakeLand Village? These are all of the sales and soon to be sales (pendings) for last 3 months. As you can see most of our activity is from May.The market is looking up. There is one sale on Mountain View, that happened between a private party in the amount of $407,950!
