In today's market communication with sellers and buyers is everything.
We all hear of why clients change agents. Most of the reasons I hear consistently is the lack of communications. How to change this when you are busy is a combination of methods.
Clients prefer a combinations of methods from my experience. It helps to be able to use multiple methods of communication. Clients know your have other clients but want to be treated like they are the only client.
So when you are busy and need time for other clients time management is key while maintaining your listings, showing and communications.
I use a combination of methods, email, direct phones calls and mailing updates. I use them in rotation and mix them every three weeks so it does not become routine for clients.
How you communicate has to fit your personality and methods. When you become busy and have many buyers and sellers and only have yourself or a small team it becomes imperative in keeping clients happy or you soon lose them.
