If you leave a comment, Jim will visit your blog and leave a comment. As some readers might remember, I wrote a restaurant review for the San Diego Reader back in March and won a $25 gift certificate to La Jolla Brew House for the best "user review."

Recently my marketing guru and I decided to go to La Jolla for a Saturday night out. Actually, I think it was the Saturday of the week when ActiveRain was taking points away from us for virtually everything we did -- comments, blog posts, editing old posts for typos, etc. We figured we would go drown our sorrow, also figuring that anyplace that included both "La Jolla" and "brew" in its title would have to be good.

We were not unhappy. In fact, everything about the place was extraordinary, from the ambiance to servers to the beer to the great food. Make sure to try the bruschetta toast. It was excellent.

Bruschetta bread, the best!
