I just looked at the calendar and realized it's been one month since my first blog. I thought this would be hard, and no one would read it anyhow. I didn't think about how doing something so small as getting my thoughts down on a computer screen would help me focus on my Real Estate Career! I am happy to say I have had a surge of new clients coming in, and I have been bolder than ever, handing out my card to pretty much anyone I talk to. "You are what you think" Right?

I'm excited to be on here, and Localism.com also. This has given me a chance to break out of my comfort zone, be bold, and find my voice!

No kidding Jay! My first house was financed at 12% interest by Security Pacific Bank and it was A paper! :)

We felt fortunate to get that rate too as rates were headed up.
