5 For every closing
3 For an accepted offer
   
  Listings
4 Get an expired listing from another company (90+ days)
4 Get a new listing from a for sale by owner (90+ days)
3 New listing other source (90+ days)
3 Renew/Relist one of your listings for 90+ days
2 Price reduction of at least 2%
1 Every 30 update you send your sellers
1 For every listing appointment
   
  Open House
3 Holding a house open for at least 2 hours
1 For each person that signs in w/a phone # or e-mail address
1 For every lead you add to your prospect function in the MLS
1 If you attend a complete a broker open house
   
  Company Participation
3 If you do a presentation at sales meeting.
  (listing presentation, buyer presentation, sharing 
  something you've learned on the online, 
  presentation of marketing your listings, etc.)
3 For a recruiting an experienced agent
3 Attend a complete office caravan
1 For being on time to a sales meeting
1 For every day you are in the office from 2:30-5:00
   
  Prospecting
3 For a mailout to at least 50 people.
3 For creating a FSBO marketing package.
3 For creating an expired marketing package
3 Making a prospect's book or system you can show me.
1 For every handwritten note you mail
1 For every 10 FSBO and/or Expired packages you pass out

3 For taking a CE class
2 For taking any other real estate related class

1 Donating to the needy - time or possessions

   The top 5 with the most stars are the winners.
   To get stars for your points each week you must bring this sheet to sales meeting each week.
   There are no partial stars or carryovers. If you are going to have 4 points you need to do something to get another point, so you can get a star.
   You are allowed two excused absences whereyou can e-mail the sheet to Julie & still get your points. More than that be unavoidable & excused by Julie to get your points.
   Most appointment sincluding selling, listing & doctor appointments can be schedule at some time other than 9:30 on Tuesday morning.
   
   
  PRIZES
  Prizes will be awarded for 1-5th places over all, plus bonus prizes 
  during the contest at random sales meetings.
