The big day is almost here and many details are floating through your mind while you pack and make lists, pack and make phone calls, and pack and order out. Here are some helpful tips you can check off your list about the community of Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club.
Gate Access - Speak to the Guard when you arrive and be prepared to show them a copy of your Hud-1 Settlement statement. They will give you the appropriate paperwork to apply for access via the Residents' gate. Clickers can be purchased from the Management Company for $40 each. Ask the former homeowner if they have some they will give or sell to you.
Trash - Magnolia Point has special garbage cans issued by the City of Green Cove Springs. Trash is picked up twice a week, on Monday and Thursday. The $17 per month fee is included in the monthly fee paid to the Magnolia Point.
Recycle - Recycle is collected in a bin issued by the Sanitation Department. It is picked up once a week on Thursday.
Yard Trash - Yard trash must be cut in 4 ft. bundles and leaves must be in bags. Pick up is once a week on Tuesday.
Electric and Water - See the Green Cove Springs website to apply for utliities.
Gas - Propane gas service is available through Sawyer Gas at 904-269-2118.
The Country Club has a separate web site with information about the various memberships - from social to full golf. Go to the Membership tab for explanation of all the packages.
