Kristin and Terrie - Thanks!  The best part is the seller is incredible.  They showed me the book they made today that has every manual, paint color, lot number of the tile, etc.  There is no question I can think of for the new homeowner that can't be answered in the book.  I love when a seller is prepared.

Not sure why the Postlet is showing the photos in that odd pattern.  I had to pull it from my outside blog as it just looks terrible.  I need to rewrite the code for those posts.  Can someone lend me about 3 days of extra time, I seem to be out.

Bill - Thanks.  Part of the reason my wife and I moved here was the affordability of homes (the other was to avoid snow).  In PA we were looking at spending a minimum of $20K more for a 100 year old duplex that was in so-so shape with a dirt basement.  Some of the homes we looked at would have required $100K investment just to make them nice again.  San Antonio gets even cheaper depending on where you want to live and what size/condition you're looking for.  We have homes priced down in the 50-60 range.  I can't believe them when I see them sometimes.
