Good morning all!  Just a quick update on the House Bill 645 that the legislature brought to the governor's desk.  HB645 deals with the stimulus money from the federal government.  In that bill is $2 million to be allocated for first time homebuyers to use $5,000 of their $8,000 tax credit as a bridge loan to get into a house, whether it be for down payment or closing costs. 

The governor has the bill sitting on his desk to sign this week.  He has until the 15th to sign it or veto it.  Will keep you informed.  Thanks!
