I heard on the morning news today one reporter saying the recession is over!   Leading indicators are showing a trend that the recession is ending.  This does not mean everything will be rosey tomorrow but it is a start.

I have said for a long time, "This is the time to buy".   First time homebuyers and investors ,

                                                                           LISTEN UP!!!!!

Now is a good time to get a good deal on a special property.  If you wait another year, first time homebuyers, you will lose the opportunity to cash in on the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit.   Investors, you will miss the best buys and the best interest rates in your lifetime.

Don't be foolish and wait.  It is a great time.  Summer is just around the corner and sales always pick up and you'll miss the great inventory available now.  Want to invest in a stable area of Texas?  Call me.  I've got some good deals for you.

Howdy there Ricki

Spring sure is a great time to buy a home. And with the mortgage interest rates being at a record low, and with the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit. Really should be spuren folks in to that big step, of buying a home.

Folks sure don't want to be draggen their feet, they want to get out there and do the two-step!

You sure did write a real fine post, my friend!

God Bless America

HI RIcki, you are so very right, It's a great time to buy a home...  unfortunately some will wait until they are sure it's over and then the best prices, the best interest rates and the best homes are gone.  Too late... and they will be kicking themselves wondering why they were frozen on the fence.

I'm not so sure the recession is over.. but nothing wrong with a bit of optimism.  :)

Ricki I think many would like to purchase and use the tax credit but not quite sure if they are going to have a job the way these companies are downsizing.

Thanks Alan,   It's a great time.  Hope folks realize it before the opportunity is gone.

Thank you Dale,   Now is the time for sure!

Hi Carl & Ceil,  You are right but they have to have a place to live no matter what.  I find we do what we have to to make it.  When we have a mortgage, we just have to work harder and maybe at a job we don't particularly like until something better comes along.  We will make it though if we don't give up.  Having something you are working for , makes you more successful than waiting until everything is easy.

Thanks Russell,   Good to hear from you.  We have been blessed in this part of the country even though we have had some of the effects of it also.  Things are getting better though.  Have a terrific week.
