To some users ActiveRain has become unresponsive and has been generating "500 errors" this morning. As a result we need to take the site down for approximately 2-5 minutes between 10am and 10:30am to upload a few optimizations.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We should be back in good running order by 10:30.

Well done, guys. As someone who has to consider these kinds of things as well, you handle them beautifully.

Should be back up now.  Sorry for the any inconvenience.  Among other things groups should be magnitudes faster now.

Just exactly how fast is a "Magnitude"?

Is it as fast as an "Attitude"?

Glad to know you guys are on top of things around here.  Slow, troublesome sites lose visiters quickly.

Lucky...

I am pretty sure sure that an "attitude" is much faster than a "magnitude". SVW (Smiling Very Wide)

I didn't realize everyone was getting the errors.  I thought it was just me and my piece of dootie computer.  I was just about to use it for a boat anchor when I found this post.
