Hi, A new technology has been unleashed that has completely rocked the online world and I will be trying it this week on some of my websites :-)

Every now and then, someone releases a new product that makes the rest obsolete. Those are rare, and hard to find ... But, Dave G. one of the most brilliant software designers for developing software tools that save you time and makes you money ... has just released a new tiny but powerful web script called "Exit Splash" that increases your website sales almost instantly!

This was originally developed for on-line marketers, but, also has great potential for real estate professionals. The majority of real estate website visitors leave real estate websites WITHOUT leaving any contact information.

Now, with this new software on their way off your site you get a second chance to remind why filling out your contact form, requesting a free CMA, free loan pre-qualification or signing up for your auto home selection email service is in their best interest!

Yes, with this auto powerful technology it’s easy to increase your potential client base by 25% or greater!

In fact, one top online traffic expert, Michael Jones, tested Dave's script and was able to increase his customer signup rate by 325%! As a result from those signups, he generated an additional ($)4,329 in less than a week.

What's shocking is you DO NOT need to drive more traffic to your websites or services. Exit Splash utilizes your current traffic and squeezes out the financial benefits your business requires!

This technological masterpiece has already been PROVEN to boost sales by up to 40%, and the marketers who manage to get their hands on it are going to be at a huge competitive advantage.

This technology is so new that it sounds like science fiction! But I assure you ... it's real, and it WORKS!

I highly recommend Exit Splash, and in my honest opinion, everyone that owns a website/blog should be taking advantage of their exit traffic!

Sincerely,

P.S. Even if you have a "good" converting sales page, you probably have 95 out of 100 visitors leaving your site without taking any action. Exit Splash can easily prevent website abandonment by up to 325% in the next 3 days! So ... hurry and watch the video:

Hi Judi,

I looked at the website and the product sounds really good.  I'd like to hear more about it after you install it on your websites to see what you and others have to say about it.  I'm curious to hear other reactions to find out if the visitors to the website like it or if they find it annoying, like ads that cover up the information on a website until you look at them and close them.  I wouldn't want to chase people away from my website because of it.  Keep me posted!

Hi Karen,

Thanks for the comment. Based on your last sentence I think you may not fully understand the concept. This script ONLY works as visitors are leaving your site!

This gives site owners a second chance to get them to take some desired action such as sign up for email property updates, free CMA's etc.

NOT having this script on your site equates to losing 98+% of the exit traffic! With the script, and a good second chance message, a real estate pro has a very real posibility of getting a large percent of this exit traffic to be potential future clients.

I have not looked at the video yet but if they come on and fill out a form does it still ask them to take a desired action.  I sure don't want them to think I'm being pushy after they have already filled my form out.

Hi Marchel,

Keep in mind, it only works when someone is LEAVING your site! You can have a form, video or text message work with this.  Once you view the short video, I'm sure you'll see what a great idea and time saver this is.

Actually reminds me of what I don't like about intrusive websites. The exit pop-up is annoying as all pop-ups can be rather scary (you don't know when they will stop). Pop-up scares result in the thought that there is a form of computer intrusion or infiltraiton happening to ones system and can be a real turn off. I think I will pass.

Hi Randy,

Well, I do not look at it the way you do. I look at it like asking a guest at your open house to please sign your guest registry.

Keep in mind .... not asking is like an automatic no! Real estate is a numbers game, and he who has the largest following (email, mail, subscriber list) will be able to put together more sales!

So, bottom line Randy, I understand your point of view, but for me personally, I'll keep asking for the lead.

The more correct anlaogy would be like chasing down the open house guest as they are heading for the car, after they refused to sign the guest registry the first time. I think that would annoy most folks. IMO!

Hi Randy:

I guess this is why the 80/20 concept is alive in the sales industry. We must do what we feel is right for us! But, again, not asking is an automatic NO!
