CALLING ALL HOMEBUYERS...IT'S TIME TO GET OFF THE FENCE!

Wow...I am grateful for all of my buyers out there at this point, I am. Great deals out there, alot of activity, a ton on the market to choose from.....wait, a ton on the market to choose from, that's it...and my guess is you are gonna want to see every last home in your price range before you make a decision, OK...oh how I long for a free Saturday afternoon. So now after I have found my buyers a great deal(all the other great deals I showed last last weekend are now under contract)I say are you ready Mr.&Mrs. Buyer to write a contract?

Are you with me here? You know who you are...Agents, you know who these people are...I bet you are working with them right now! So...just in case you are looking for a home let me tell you, now is the best time in years to buy if you have any type of decent credit and $100 down for HUD, 3.5% for FHA or more for regular financing...yup, you too Mr. Investor(I know there are some good ones in that list I have been sending over)...if you are looking for a lot or acreage, your still left out in the cold and so are you Mr. Stated Income but show no assetts...

This website: www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com is for you! You don't even really need to be a 1st time homebuyer, you just cannot have had a home in your name in the past 3 years to qualify! The site offers detailed explanations of the tax credit, including how it works and who qualifies, payback info. The tax credit that you keep telling me about and vice-versa expires on DEC. 1ST, 2009. It can be as much as $8000.00 and applies to homes purchased. (GUESS WHAT?-YOU CAN AMMEND YOUR TAXES AND GET THAT MONEY EARLY!-IF YOU BUY NOW!) This site will also offer other provisions on the law and other homebuyer resources.
