Hi Lisa, no, you're not confused. =) Sorry! This is my own home that I have listed for sale. It is in the beautiful North Carolina mountains. I've been looking into the v-flyers too but this format is from my a la mode website. They have a lot of listing templates and this is one of them. I figured I'd give it a shot for posts. It worked out pretty well. Thanks for the good wishes!

Maggie... I don't know the technicalities of something like this but you may want to look into licencing rules. Once I did run into a FSBO up here that was a licenced agent in Florida and selling her Connecticut Condo herself so it may be ok... just better safe than sorry....

Paula - I, too, love v-flyers, but this is an a la mode template. They have some pretty neat ones. I've been playing with the others today as a matter of fact.
