eRelocationProfessionals.com, what is your opinion

By
Real Estate Agent with Rector Hayden, Lexington, Ky

I just got off the phone with a lady from eRelocationProfessionals.com

The sell 85 leads over a 8 month period for $2500 dollars.  Seems steep to me.  I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with this lead generation company.

Thanks, Paul

So far - I have tried a couple and investigated several.  Growth leader (Market Leader) charges $100 for 65 leads and they aren't quality leads.    So far I have found the ones that charge you upfront were useless and a complete waste of money.  The ones that charge you nothing upfront but take 25% of the commission (referral fee) if you close - did give better leads.  But I still think this is a very low producing marketing tool.

Good old fashioned walking door to door and networking pays off the most for me. Also - I advertise for $100 per month on Foreclosure service sites (like RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com) and that also produces good direct traffic.

Our experience matches Wanda's.  Up front fees and totally unqualified or unrealistic buyers.  We haven't seen any ready to be paid upon sale, but we gladly would for a quality lead... the proof IS in the closing.  Our recommendation would be to "run away" from anyone offering leads for which you pay up front, with the following possible exception.  We have gotten a few good referrals from RealtyTrac, and some not so useful.

I'm in a research phase about lead generation programs , so couldn't offer my experience. However I tried Homegain , didn't work for me.

Hello Paul,

I would be very careful of that one.  Leads are just leads and not a guarantee of a sale.  That is a lot of money to put out and totally out of whack.  There are a number of re-location companies right now that are not giving out leads because of the slow market.  I am surprised that  they even offered you this.   How do you know that they have not sold these same leads to anyone else? Too much money.
