I just moved my shingle to Keller Williams

Keller Williams Logo I made a decision to move my license to Keller Williams in Gig Harbor, Washington. After many conversations with Matt Thomson who is very active here on Active Rain I decided that it would make good business sense for me to associated with a company that makes such a large commitment to training and agent development.

Since I have spent most of my real estate career working at small independent brokerages it will be an adjustment for me to be in an office with as many agents at the KW office has. I am looking forward to the change of venue and the opportunities that it provides.

I'm sure that those of you that work at a Keller Williams office will be chuckling that it took me long enough =)

Scott- Congrats on your move. If ever anyone wants to move to a larger than an independent company I would hands down, say KW is the way to go.

Katerina- As you know this was not in my plans a year ago! Life changes and I think at this point in my career and life that affiliating myself with KW is the best move that I can make. I am really excited to be part of the company.

Paul- The support was one of the major tipping points for me. Everything in business and life is a compromise and support was something I was not willing to give in on.

Rene'- Thanks for the kind words. As far as loving having me around the jury is still out =)

Congratulation and hope the move is a good one. Changing offices is really a big job with lots to do. All the Keller Williams agents I have encountered on AR have been great. Like the attitude. It seems like they are really growing. Best of luck to you. I am over here in Port Townsend if I can be of any help to you.
