FerriswheelYes, the Sacramento County Fair is here and going strong. So, if you are looking for something to do over this holiday weekend, be sure to check out the Sacramento County Fair at Cal Expo.

 

When my children were younger, I remember taking them to the Sacramento County Fair when the Raging Waters first opened and what a thrill it was. Make some memories for family, loved one or just yourself...it's fun.

 

Free admission gates opened  May 24, 2007 and will run through May 28th at Cal Expo. Below is the schedule of the Sacramento County Fair Times and Dates.

 

Thursday & Friday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Monday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

For those of you lucky enough to have an RV, here is a RV list of the facilities, rates and good information for making your trip to the Sacramento County Fair, a pleasant one.

 

Perhaps, you might want to plan ahead and schedule for the California State Fair on August 17th through Sept. 3, 2007. Here is a list of all the Fairs and Dates in California.

Hi Gena - I love that picture and I just really love county fairs!!  We don't really have those here in New Hampshire, but we've had them in plenty of other places where I've lived.

Sounds like a lot of fun. We just had Helldorado here with a fair at Cashman field. Sadly, its getting to hot out to do much except stay close to the pool. -Charles
