If you leave a comment, Jim will visit your blog and leave a comment. My marketing guru and I take a lot of pictures of Zoey the Cool Cat -- bet you didn't know that -- so I thought I would help those of you who are not familiar with cats to better understand the various breeds.

Follow along here and you'll know everything there is to know about both the well-known, common popular breeds, and the not-so-well-known breeds.

Tomorrow I'll help you with identifying the various parts of a cat, but today we'll just stick with the various breeds.

That is one cool cat indeed.  I especially love the ones where Zoey is sleeping on the chair back.

Just loved these series of photos, Jim.  Your cat is quite expressive, entertaining and just the coolest cat.  She is aptly named.

Jim, Zoey is obviously a very busy cat. It was good of her to take the time to help you on this cat photo project. :)

Oh, I get it now.  You could definitely use some tech support!

Fun post, Jim.  Give my regards to Zoey.

The leg cat cracks me up.....my cats settle around my legs at night, pinning me down with little hope of changing position.

Very cute, that Zoey!

Jim - Zoey is indeed one "Cool Cat". Thanks for sharing this series!

Jim, I didn't know there were that many types of cats.  My allergy started acting up about picture 4, my eyes were swelling by picture 6 and by the end I need a couple of benedryl and a nap.

Hey, Richard.

I have tons of those pictures. That's one of her favorite spots, probably because it's in the office where someone is almost always working.

Hey, Michelle.

I wish I could say that I named her, but she came to us from the Animal Shelter with the name Zoey, but after the first week, we realized that she was a pretty cool cat.

Hey, Maria.

Sometimes she wants to help too much, though, like when I'm on the phone with a Client. I don't need a phone cat; that breed is too finicky -- LOL.

Hey, Teresa.

Thanks so much for the photo of the tech support cat. I have heard about that breed but never seen a picture of it. LOL

Hey, Ann.

Fortunately, those were not my legs. I can't stand anything on my legs when I'm sleeping. So I was the picture taker in that one.

Those are the two household catnappers taking a catnap together.

Hey, Mike.

Glad you enjoyed it. I must admit I had fun doing it, but I had no idea I had pictures of so many different cat breeds.
