How many times a day do you ask yourself this? If you don't, maybe you should start. Out industry is getting more and more challenging everyday, which I believe is a GREAT thing. Not only do you need to stand out, but you need to be a leader in what you do. It is always a great thing to see what others say and you know they learned it from you, even if they don't want to admit it. If you go onto our site, you will see what some of the things are that make ASAP so different. I would challenge you to look at yourself and ask, what makes me STAND OUT? When you can answer that things around you will begin to change. When you are looking to build referrals, ask yourself, are they different from others in there industry? If they aren't, why would I want to work with them, or want my clients to work with them? So many times you hear professionals say how they are different, but its more than just saying, show me!! I once heard a broker tell me how much they worked with FSBO's but when asked to show me they couldn't, would you see that as weird? When asked if they work with any Real Estate Professionals of course they all say yes, but they never seem to be able to say who they are!!!!
So again I ask, what makes you STAND OUT?
