Is there any sales event planned by Centex for Olivetta in next month or so. I visited my friend's home (plan 1) and really liked it. The website lists it as 810k but my max budget is 750k do you think they will be able to drop to 750k ?

Ajay, Oliveta only has 5 homes left which they are releasing in June. There is already a huge interest list and the last release the house went well over asking price. There is absolutely no way they will give you the home for 750K. The market is way too hot right now

Rama is right , Builders are not willing to negotiate right now due to low inventory and Folks rushing to buy due to school season . Olivia has only 5 and Paloma 16 left so they are hoping to get rid of them before the next wave of forclosure news hits the headlines.

Broader economy is still in doldrums and layoff are still mounting so this surge appears temporary without any fundamentals .  Govt' is slowly running out of options to stabilize this market.
