All property action reported is in Anaheim Hills......8371 Quiet Canyon is "sold" having received multiple offers. We are opening escrow today with confidence Sharon will have ‘short-sale' approval in the near future. Yesterday the final details holding up the loan approval on Rim Crest were addressed....so that should be clear sailing to closing. Michele is about to sell 8770 E. Heatherwood......the lease on Vista Del Rio was accepted with the MK Team representing both parties...Karen negotiated the lease with me.

This is the official information regarding the Memorial Service for Miles Christensen
On behalf of Eric, The Sloan Team would like to thank you all for your calls, emails, texts, love and prayers extended to Eric and his family at his time of deep sorrow in the loss of his oldest son, Miles Christensen. Many of you have requested to know information about Miles' Memorial service and Eric wishes all of you who want to attend to please come.
Memorial Service
The Memorial Service will be held this Saturday morning, May 16th, at 11:00 am, with a reception immediately following. The Memorial is at Grace Ministries International, also known as GMI. The service will be in the "Miracle Center", located on the west side of the campus and the reception will follow in the same building.
The address is 1645 W. Valencia Drive in Fullerton. There is a link to a map below. Overflow parking is located on Brookhurst between Valencia Drive and Commonwealth Avenue.
In Lieu of Flowers
Many of you have inquired as to where donations may be made or flowers sent. The family is requesting that donations be made, in lieu of flowers, to a memorial fund in honor of Miles Christensen at his alma mater, Sunny Hills High School. Most of the funds will be directed to the football program that his brother Tanner is still a member of. Checks can be made out to:
