HomeGain's Second Quarter Realtor Survey on Home Prices

HomeGain released today our 2nd quarter Realtor survey on home prices. There are some stark contrasts to the 1st qtr survey. We also asked HomeGain members what they thought of the Obama stimulus plan and of his performance as President so far.

While sellers seem to be getting realistic, buyers are expecting even greater bargains.
