Jim your inventory level for Atlanta is just astounding! I can not imagine having that kind of inventory for sale. It is easy to see why the market does not move much.

Jim:

Do you see anymore activity in you market with lookers. Many markets have picked up. Atlanta seems to be overwhelmed. I have been saying for a long time Atlanta might need special help.

Well lets hope that the rising tide sales all ships.

Bill Gassett Metrowest Massachusetts Real Estate (RE/MAX Executive Realty) Actually inventory here is 10K lower than last year.

Richard Stabile Bergen County New Homes Builder Realtor (REMAX real estate associates) Very marginal. We have had a good month by the grace of God, and so have a few of our buyers agents, but as a whole the pick up is very marginal. Traffic in listings is still almost non existent.
