Trader Joes in Land ParkThe good news is that Trader Joe's is still considering opening a franchise store in Land Park in the shopping center at Del Rio Road and Land Park Drive in Land Park. If you like imported cheeses, organic vegetables and a place to find those unique products that can't be found anywhere else such as Adzuki rice and bean chips, gourmet ready-to-heat food or even hand-tossed pizza, you know you can count on Trader Joe's to deliver.

If you're tired of driving to East Sacramento to get your Trader Joe's fix, why not show Trader Joe's that Land Park wants its very own store? You can show your support and perhaps sway the Powers-That-Be to make the final decision to come to Land Park.

Simply go to the Land Park Community Association's survey page and answer a YES or NO question. It's fast and easy. I just did it. One click to the page and one click on the answer.  All responses need to be received by 5 PM on Wednesday, May 27.

We don't have Trader Joe's in our area sounds like a great addition to your community.

Elizabeth,

Oh well, another Trader Joe, but darn too far. It  is not fair. It is some sort of unfair arrangement, that we do not see them coming here...

Will wait

By the way, irritatingly good photo. I hate photos that I prefer to see on the table, they bother my tate buds - LOL

Hi Elizabeth... I would LOVE a Trader Joe's here in Dallas!  Darn it, now I want a hand tossed pizza!

Elizabeth, I love those kind of places and if they save the drive elsewhere, who wouldn't want it?

Elizabeth

I would welcome a store like Trader Joes anytime. Wasn't there a system for awhile called Trader Vics?

Know what you mean about the photo, Jon. It, too, made me wish that our back-yard cherry tomatoes were producing right now.

Hey Tombo, I was thinking the very same thing. That I haven't seen a Trader Vic's in years.
