Northville Twp real estate MI

Stonewater is an old sand and gravel quarry that was extensively shaped to create 6 small lakes and an elegant subdivision.  I consider Stonewater to be one of Northville's top 5 subdivisions.

Looking at the prices in Stonewater right now I am seeing the average list price quite a bit higher than I have seen them over the winter.  We will see how hungry buyers are to own a home in the subdivision.  it will be interesting to see if there will be a rebound in prices in Stonewater.
