If you had asked me Monday, I would have said, "NO!" Ask me today, and it actually looks like I would say, "probably!" We got an email that indicates this change is in the works. I made calls today to try to get more details to see if my clients could use the $8,000 now. No one that I spoke to is quite sure how it might work at this point! The email I received said it will be administered by FHA.
