Great presentation. I hope you had a great open house, I know this doesn't happen often but a couples of weeks ago I sold a $649,900 home at open house. That makes you want to do those open houses doesn't it.

It is open this coming Sunday, and I love open houses. Here in EGR it is like social hour (or 2). Many people come, you visit and this is a GREAT home to talk about.........a pleasure to show! My 2nd sale ever was off a open house..........and one more this year was off of an open house. Yes they are still important to do in my opinion.
