Hi. DeeDee here - I'm Craig's wife. He's the Realtor, I'm the "His Girl Friday" type.
I'm out to find a solution to my double entering/ overpaying options that I have been using.
When you all get a buyer prospect, who say, wants to consider homes within 3-6 months, in a certain zip code, with a certain number of bedrooms - you'd want to start sending them listings, right? Of course, you could send them through your MLS. A good option.
But, you also want to incubate them. Send them drip emails. Keep in contact with them.
Our MLS doesn't do that function.
I have been doing "double duty" - entering them into a CRM that does drip marketing, trace follow-up reminders, etc. Which of course we pay for. And, then they get entered into the MLS for drips.
A very foolish waste of time and money, I'd venture to say.
I'm checking out several options - but figured you all would know what was good, what was bad, what was worth the time and money, what wasn't worth the time to say the company name - let alone phone number.
So - bring it. I'm taking notes!
p.s. I've called and contacted about a dozen companies who do CRM, but they don't do the MLS part for sending the listings to buyer prospects.... gggrrrr
