2> Pricing - As we all know home values have fallen everywhere with no one getting an exemption. That is great for buyers and with the # of pendings and closings rising nationally, and thus an increase in home prices, this could be the lowest we see home prices for a long time.

3> Interest Rates - Historical LOW! Also with the US GOVT printing money faster than they can make ink you will see INFLATION kick into high gear. Economic law, look it up! The FED has religiously battled inflation with an INCREASE in INTEREST RATES!
