What would you do?

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomServices Partners Realty

Recently had a showing appointment with client with one of my listing I met her and her Mom

at the scheduled time almost as soon after they walked in the door I could tell this was not

going to work. So I suggested they look at another one of my listings I explained to them

that they would like it. So we drove over to my other listing and as soon as they walked in

the door they were very complimentary. They promised to talk it over and get back with me.

They did but scheduled appointment with another Realtor. The Realtor called me which was up

front to discuss I agreed to let her proceed with the transaction to purchase. Because my seller

really need to move this property felt it was no time for a lenghty fight to hold up sale or

possibly kill the deal what would you have done?

The same thing I suppose especially if no agreement to represent them was signed by the buyer and if dual agency was not allowed in my state.
