Today I went to the office as usual to do some small things and to attend a class. In a way, there was nothing exciting to do. So I wandered around for a while and had a very inspiring get-together with one of our agents who shared with me his project about how to transform FSBOs into sellers. IT WAS AN AWESOME PROJECT AND PRESENTATON. I have a lot of faith in it......

Lunch time came and me and my partner went to lunch..... OK, that's where the miracle comes...... I had a phone call from New York from the guy who wanted to sell his house. WooHoo.... I was so excited that I even forgot to ask where in the world he's got my phone number. I didn't even advertise there, being in Florida. So I did all my home work and hopefully we will sign a contract tomorrow...... The other phone call came from the lady referred to me by our Rainers!!! Isn't that awesome. Win-win situation no matter what way you turn it.

I think I have to go for lunch more often...........!!!
