The 1st quarter of 2009 was a slow one in Dallas commercial real estate. Many of the people I work with and on behalf of went into a holding pattern. It was a "let's wait and see what happens" that kept most from making any major moves. I always try and look at things from the positive side, so I say everyone was just really being careful. As we approach summer my activity has really picked up. I still hear lots of complaining and concern, but I feel things are starting to turn...at least for me and Thomson Realty Group. Here's to a bright, bright sun shiny day!
