Good reading your post. I had no idea there was a BRO group. I'm a "former" BRO mastery member, I was in the coaching group for 6 years. I can honestly say that it's the best thing I've ever done in the r.e. biz. And that's after a handful of designations and almost 30 years (at that time) in the biz.
I still participate (along with a few other Rainers here in so-cal) in a mastermind event group. It's one of the oldest BRO mastermind groups around. I've heard that Joe mentions it every now and then. Most of us are former, yet there are still a few active coaching members in the group. It's great because we all speak the same language, so-to-speak.
I'll add myself to the group and mention it to a few others I know personally. Glad to hear you had such a great time!
Wow, I had no idea there was a BRO group. when I joined active rain I posted a blog about BRO members, but got no comments.

What strategy has worked for you the best? For me it has been the newsletters however, I write my own newsletters, they are more personal.

WOW Lynda that is AMAZING!!! keep that MMG up! I have to tell you, I have been a member for the last 3 years and it is more amazing NOW in the last year than EVER before!!! They have made significant changes and they are focusing on MEMBER RETENSION! You really ought to check into rejoining, its only $199 for alumni members! Main events are included. They bring MORE value today than ever before!! I just went to Joes house, a few months ago, from 7:30 am until 2:30 AM the next day for dialogue school training. He is an amazing man an a fabulous mentor/teacher! He has really integrated a LOT of NLP Language into his NEW consultations, and words. GET TO A MAIN EVENT, you'll see the changes, and you'll be amazed!
Mana ~ I just created this group to share with other JUST LIKE YOU! My BEST 2 strategies are the I.C. and the BRAG, ACTS, BOND formulas! BY FAR!! The new info they gave us at the strategic forum for the USG will blow you away!!!! I hope they add those NEW conversational style questions to the main event work book for everyone to enjoy and utilize! They are going to take me I.C. to a whole new level!!!
If you haven't been to a main event in the last 9 months... GET THERE!!!! all new stuff! SO GLAD to have you both in the BRO group of Active Rain Makers!!! :-D

The Forum was so amazing, I can't even sum it up in a comment. I am already looking forward to Las Vegas as well! I am so "giddy" (haha) after the Forum last week, I committed today to going through some of the great ideas....so many ideas, where to begin!
