My daughter, STEPHANIE is more of a Susie Homemaker than Myself. She is always sewing, gardening, and cooking. Well her latest venture she has been trying her hand at making homemade pies from scratch. My husband being a diabetic she is always doing something sugar free. Well Friday after work she called and said "How about a Sugar free Lemon Pie" Made from scratch!!! Sounds good to me,!! A couple hours later, I get another call and it is Susie Homemaker, saying MOM, I have been working on this pie all afternoon I am down to the meringue, The recipe says to beat till it forms a PEAK, She said Mom "What's a PEAK, ? I couldn't keep from laughing, Oh this younger generation, I explained what a peak was, you keep beating till it forms like a Mountain Peak,, She said OH OK,,
The Pie was great and my husband enjoyed it greatly.
