In The Waukesha County Real Estate market: Profile of New Berlin, Wisconsin

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

The third largest community in the Waukesha County Real estate market is New Berlin Wisconsin. The area known as New Berlin, Wisconsin grew and developed rapidly in the 1960's and 70's. The area still experiences great growth. The city was incorporated in 1959. New Berlin contains many wonderful restaurants, subdivisions, and many attractions that make this a great environment to live and work in. If you are relocating to New Berlin please do not hesitate to give me a call or email and get a free buyer package. I have seen New Berlin grow from a small atmosphere to a great place with major business parks, development, and quality homes. The proximately to Milwaukee , I-43  and I-94 ,as well as all adjacent communities makes  New Berlin a wonderful place to let me show you and introduce you to the next time you are visiting or purchasing another home.

It's the small, quaint communities I wish I had to sell some days instead of these 38 story communities I have to sell!

I can understand that. But on the other hand you have a more confined market and if you know it well like you do you have an ace in your hand.

Hi Tom,

I travel to the Chicago suburbs frequently and see the sign for New Berlin.  It great to know a bit more about that town.  Perhaps one day we will have extratime to stop by.

Hi Marzena

It is a nice city, and it is close to the Expressway. Perhaps one day you will enjoy it; the restaurants are good.
