Inspired by beautiful spring photo by Teri Eckholm, I brought my camera with me today.  Before I started my open house, I looked around for nature photo opps. This is what I found:

Apple blossom time! What a wonderful photo, Marzena. What settings did you use to capture the bee on film?

Marzena, what a GREAT CAPTURE!!!! The bee's fluttering wings -- the apple blossom tree -- the action -- the beauty -- WOW. Thank you for sharing!

Tom ~ The bee became friends. It took a little convincing on my part to get him to stop hiding in the blossoms... lol

Maria ~ Thank you!  Believe it or not, I usually take my pictures on auto settings.  This shot was one of four i took yesterday - the best one.

Marney ~ Thank you so much.  The day was just perfect yesterday.

Great shot.  Almost looks like a helicopter hovering.

Hi Tom,

Doesn't it?!  He took a long time flying around the tree, there were so many blossoms.

What an amazing shot, I just love the fact that scientists can't figure out how those little guys stay flying.

It is amazing, isn't it?  It's one of the nature wonders we probably will never figure out, Todd.

Absolutely, Teri.  There are so many opportunities for great photos around, I don't always take the camera with me.
