  • Residences of Worthington  (Condominium homes)
  • No Name Subdivision

 

The No Name Subdivison is in the southwest part of Worthington and the legal description is "Worthington Southwest Add."

In addition there was one City of Columbus home listed as if it is in the City of Worthington.

Homes Price Reduced - Now priced $150,000 to $334,900 the price reductions ranged from $3,000 to $10,000    (average price reduction this week $6082.3333333333333) in Worthington neighborhoods:

  • Worthingway

In Contract Worthington Homes (with contingencies usually finance and inspection ) List prices range frm  $154,9000 to $525000 in:

  • Kilbourne Village
  • Colonial Hills

This is just City of Worthington.  There are many neighborhoods in the Worthington School District which are in the City of Columbus or Perry or Sharon Township.  Those home and neighborhoods are not reflected in this update.
